  Count Olaf: an evil man Is there something wrong with me if my comfort show literally has the word "unfortunate" in it? If you've never watched A Series of Unfortunate Events then you, dear Sir/Madam, have missed a masterpiece of drama, comedy, satire, literary fiction, dark humor and the best spy thriller there ever was. The most enchanting thing that keeps the series alive is the numerous disguises we see in every other episode of the main villain of the show Count Olaf. (beware children, he is a very evil man) He is introduced to us in the very first episode as the guardian of the newly orphaned Baudelaire children. But the children claim that they've never heard of him before from their parents. Nevertheless, the banker- Mr. Poe, takes the orphans to Count Olaf and gives a brief account of his life. How to romanticize writing: so you don't avoid it It's such a beautiful word- "romanticize". To take in every simple moments and noticing the beauty surrounding you.(yes I copied that from the picture but that's not the point) In today's world, people generally romanticize their day to day life to feel more like a character from a comforting book/movie/show. It makes them think of themselves as a part of a life they can never have. But it is truly so much more than that. There is something oddly magical about sitting down at your desk with a warm drink, opening your notebook, putting on your favorite writing playlist, and realizing that, for the next hour, your only job is to tell a story. i dropped my book idea..(but here's a new one)

 UPDATE POST This is just a short update post because something major happened. In my first blog I mentioned having working on a short stories collection book. Well, I simply dropped it and picked up a new idea.  I know, not very professional (but then I'm not) I don't know why but I guess I just lost the motivation. One day I sat to write down the first story and then I thought- "This is not what I want to do." And that was it.  I quit it. But then something new, something fresh started to brew in my mind. It was fantasy. I decided that I'm going to write my own fantasy. It was as simple as that. This new idea woke something up inside me. I just grabbed my notebook and a pen and started to plot and I plotted the entire thing in a day . Crazy, I still can't believe it. So, I suppose my next few blogs would be big rambles about my story's world building. I'm so excited, I have made an entire world of my own with its own rules and magic and power systems...

Watch me Overanalyze Mike Rogers

 !!HEAVY SPOILERS FOR THE BOOK " ENDLESS NIGHT " AHEAD!! I read on Pinterest one day: "Literary analysis is just a professional way of overthinking." Can't argue with that one. Of course, it doesn't apply to every analysis. But it definitely applies to the endless (pun intended) train of thought that arrives, right on time, in the middle of the night. You know the feeling—when you can't stop thinking about a specific thing a character said or did, and why they did it. Lately, that character for me is the beloved Mike Rogers from Agatha Christie’s masterpiece, Endless Night . I am currently re-reading this book for what feels like the 100th time, and the more I read it, the more fascinating Mike becomes. Now, the thing about me is that I don't—or simply can't—visualize characters physically.   Speculating at 3 AM It is popularly known that 3 AM is the hour of the devil. Well, he's not the only one roaming empty halls at that hour. Somewhere on their bed there is an artist, in this case a writer, daydreaming (or night dreaming but awake?) about scenes for their upcoming works, analyzing  characters from their favorite books or shows for motivation, composing silly little poems in their head, creating the most stupid fan theories ever  or just lying wide awake thinking about nothing or everything at once. This blog exists because my brain refuses to shut up about books, writing, fictional characters, and fandom theories.  Since talking to myself has become a full-time hobby, I figured I might as well put it on the internet.  But is blogging dead in 2026? Not that I care, I'm used to being in dead fandoms ( like Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events or Carmen Sandiego...anyone?)  And anyways as the description of this blog clearly states...
